Today's Topping | Baked Potato With:

Free Range Egg Mayo!! 

Not your usual filling and not one that springs to mind as serious contender for the topping the "Top Toppings List" but seriously delish and one to try when organisation allows.
We only use Free range Eggs & Hellmann's Mayo here at Baked Potato HQ, but there are a lot of cheaper choices out there.....

Get boiling and chopping, add a dollop of creamy mayo and bake a spud in the hottest oven you can (no microwaves, please, we *are* purists!) and enjoy the yummy scrummy mixture of flavours!
