Free Range Egg Mayo!! 

Not your usual filling and not one that springs to mind as serious contender for the topping the "Top Toppings List" but seriously delish and one to try when organisation allows.

We only use Free range Eggs & Hellmann's Mayo here at Baked Potato HQ, but there are a lot of cheaper choices out there.....

Get boiling and chopping, add a dollop of creamy mayo and bake a spud in the hottest oven you can (no microwaves, please, we *are* purists!) and enjoy the yummy scrummy mixture of flavours!

After the fun of the wedding on Saturday, we thought we'd investigate new ways to show off what we do- Facebook is great for the instant upload, but we've discovered that Blogging is much more fun, with much more capacity to say LOTS and Lots of great things about what we do, where we go and information about potatoes in general.
